NVC Fund Holding Trust  established the NVC Platform as an operational division of NVC Fund Holding Trust. The Holding Trust is a private equity investor, primarily investing in Natural Resources, Oil and Gas, Entertainment, Real Estate Development, and business services.

We are a diversified holding trust. 

Founded in 2000, we commenced assembling the inner circle of NVC Fund Holding Trust, which has grown to be one of the largest and fastest-growing private equity firms in the world in terms of Asset Holdings.

We manage assets that are highly valued. Our asset base includes proven and appraised gold, platinum, palladium, rhodium and other mineral reserves such as oil and gas. 



NVC Fund Holding Trust invests in a variety of transactions including joint venture partnerships, leveraged buyouts and recapitalization, stock purchases from early shareholders, and financing for growth either organically or by acquisition. 



In most of our mergers or acquisitions we take a board position, as well as an active advisors to management.
